Free Potatoes Anyone?

So, what do you do when you have access to an entire storage tub of free baby red potatoes? I found out this year. I had no idea you can CAN potatoes! Judy and I worked for 6-7 hours, and I couldn't believe how many potatoes fit into one storage tub. We ended up with about 115 pints of potatoes. Yeah. I'm totally hooked! They are fabulous to have, and I'm so thankful for the extra stock in the pantry! Oh, and I'm glad we got to use Judy's kitchen to make the mess in! : )
